Kesney Nichols is a North Texas attorney based in Heath, Texas. She represents clients in Rockwall County, Collin County, Dallas County, Kaufman County, and surrounding communities in matters involving family law, estate planning, business law, criminal defense, mediation, and related legal issues.

 

Born and raised in Wylie, Texas, Kesney understands the families, businesses, and communities that make North Texas unique. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2014 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2017. Since becoming an attorney, Kesney has represented clients in a wide range of legal matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, modifications, enforcement, protective orders, wills, powers of attorney, estate planning documents, business disputes, contract matters, business formation, demand letters, DWI, assault, theft, and other criminal defense matters.​ Kesney believes effective legal representation begins with listening.
